The building is functionally designed with kennels that include temperature control, sanitary systems and surfaces which can be cleaned easily on a daily basis. Building is also on whole house generator to ensure power to the kennel at all times. Pastures are all enclosed with 4 foot white fencing, which is also double fenced with wire fencing to ensure that dogs remain within the pasture while allowed out for play time.
- 10 individual kennels which are approximately 8×10 feet.
- Each kennel is separated by a solid wall on each side on the inside of the building.
- The front of the kennel is fenced with a gate for access into the kennel.
- Each kennel has individual water bowl, which are automatically filled.
- All dogs will be provided with a raise doggie bed for sleeping which can be cleaned and sanitized easily .
- All kennels have doggie doors which lead out into individual dog runs which are is surrounded with a 6 foot page fence.
- Each run has a gate to allow for access into pasture.
- The runs have an overhang and cemented area for shelter from the sun.
- There is also additional shade screening for further protection.

Pricing
1 small/medium dog $35 per night
Each additional small/medium dog $20 per night in the same suite.
1 large dog $45 per night
Each additional large dog $25 per night in the same suite.
Dogs from the same family must share the same suite to receive the discounted pricing.
